Part One: General Queries

• 1. A list of selected official PAMP distributors is available on the 'Where to Buy' section of this site. Please consult individual distributors for further information.

• 2. PAMP does not transact directly with members of the public. Please consult your nearest PAMP distributor for further information*.

• 3. PAMP bullion products are world-renowned and accepted by many bullion distributors in most major markets. However, markets are variable and you should consult your local distributor.

• 4. The brochure is available for download here. Alternatively, please contact us to request to receive a hardcopy version by post*.

• 5. We do not provide this as a general service, however we may do so under exceptional circumstances. If you believe yours is such a case please contact us.

• 6. PAMP bars are delivered to the international markets in a wide variety of options including selected subjects depicted on the reverse side.

• 7. Currently all PAMP bars are delivered to the international markets bearing individual serial numbers. (The respective certificate or certiPAMP packaging always bears the same number). However, numbering was not always mandatory and therefore certain older PAMP bars in circulation do not bear these.

• 9. No. PAMP does not replace certificates under any circumstances.

Part Two: Distribution-related queries

• 12. This information is released only to prospective distributors after we have evaluated the nature of the request and their suitability. Please contact us directly*.

• 13. Please contact us directly with details of your request together with base drawings and specifications of the product. For a number reasons we evaluate such projects on a case-by-case basis and will respond to your request accordingly*.
